Photo Submission Requirements

• Basic photos: Front view, back view, both left and right side views, and a close-up of the eye color.
• Detail supplements: If there are small unique features you want to highlight (such as patterns, collars, scars, etc.), please attach multi-angle detail photos.

Customization & Shipping Timeline

• Customization period: 4-8 weeks (handmade with meticulous craftsmanship, thank you for your understanding).
• Confirmation process: After the product is finished, we will take real photos and send them to your email. We will pack and ship only after your confirmation.
• Shipping time: It will take about 2-3 weeks for your pet’s felt figurine to arrive after shipment.

2. Regarding accessory selection, you can put forward specific requirements at any time. We will try our best to meet your needs and strive to provide you with a fully satisfactory customization experience.
3. Fur color classification: Pets with two or fewer fur colors are considered “Solid color”; those with more than two fur colors are considered “Patterned color”. Please select the “Patterned color” option when purchasing.
4. Each product embodies the dedication of artisans. The deposit is non-refundable after ordering, thank you for your understanding.
