- Customization period: 4-8 weeks (handmade with meticulous craftsmanship, thank you for your understanding).
- Confirmation process: After the product is finished, we will take real photos and send them to your email. We will pack and ship only after your confirmation.
- Shipping time: It will take about 2-3 weeks for your pet’s felt figurine to arrive after shipment.
