Photo Submission Requirements

• Basic photos: Front view, back view, side views (both left and right), and a close-up of the eye color.
• Detail supplements: If there are small unique features you want to highlight (such as patterns, collars, scars, etc.), please attach multi-angle detail photos.

Customization & Shipping Timeline

• Customization period: 4-8 weeks (handmade with meticulous craftsmanship, thank you for your understanding).
• Confirmation process: After the product is finished, we will take real photos and send them to your email. We will pack and ship only after your confirmation.
• Shipping time: It will take about 2-3 weeks for your pet’s felt figurine to arrive after shipment.
